КС-19 (index GRAU 52-P-415) is a Soviet heavy towed anti-aircraft gun with a large caliber of 100 mm. The chief designer was L.V. Lyuliev. It was developed in 1947 and accepted into service on December 18, 1948. It was designed to engage high-altitude targets. The KS-19 is capable of engaging airborne targets with speeds up to 1200 km/h and altitudes up to 15 km. Shooting is carried out automatically based on data from the radar system.

A total of 10,151 KS-19 guns of various modifications were produced from 1948 to 1955, including 9 for testing (including KS-19 and KS-19M units: 6,396 units at the evacuated from Leningrad Arsenal plant No. 8 and 1,988 units at plant No. 235). A modernized version, the KS-19M, began to be supplied to the military from 1951, and small batches of the KS-19M2 were produced from 1955. The guns of the later modifications (KS-19M2 and KSM-65) were produced until 1957 at the same plants.
