From September 7 to 8, 2020, the 5th International Scientific Security Forum "Hybrid Threats and Wars in the 21st Century - Creating Critical Infrastructure Sustainability" was held in Zagreb (Croatia).
At the invitation of the director of the Institute for the Study of Hybrid Warfare (Croatia), the event was attended by the Deputy Chief of the Center - Head of the Research Department of Military Policy and Military Strategy, Colonel V. Semenenko. Due to counter-epidemiological measures, the event was conducted online.
The International Security Forum was conducted as part of the NATO SPS Program and the NATO-Ukraine Platform to examine the experience of countering hybrid warfare. The purpose of the event was to exchange views of scientists and politicians from the EU and NATO on issues of hybrid threat research and critical infrastructure protection.
Within the framework of the Forum, Colonel V. Semenenko made a report: “Military aspects of countering Hybrid aggression: Ukrainian experience”.
