On June 4, 2020 the scientific and practical seminar "Problems of application of simulation systems in the Armed Forces of Ukraine" was held in the simulation centre of the National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi. The seminar was held in the form of a video conference in a remote format due to quarantine measures in the country.

Today, June 5, the Regular Higher Academic Courses on Building Integrity and Reducing Corruption in the Defence and Security Sector in the online format with the key figures of the structural units of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military management of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as officials whose activities are directly related with the implementation of anti-corruption measures, were concluded.

The examination process, which recently started at the University, is actively underway. Graduates demonstrate a good level of preparation in passing state exams and defending the master's theses.

Today, June 1, 2020, the first comprehensive exams and defence of master's theses were held at the University by the students of final courses of resident and non-resident forms of education. About 700 graduates of the tactical, operational-tactical and operational strategic levels, including 1 serviceman of the People's Republic of China commenced the certification.

Today, May 29, 2020, the University hosted the first meeting of the examination commission for attestation of resident and non-resident form of education graduates. The head of the commission is Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Lieutenant General Viktor Bokii.

Within the framework of scientific activities and in accordance with the plan of the scientific-practical activities, a seminar on the topic "Actual problems of the national economy in the interests of defence and security of the state and ways to solve them" was held on May 28 this year using the ADL platform of the university.

According to the decision of the Minister of Defence and taking into account the quarantine restrictions imposed on the territory of our country, this year's graduation students (admission in 2017) prepare and pass the graduation exams and defend the master degree theses using the ADL system of the University.

The specialists of the Research Center for Building Integrity and Reducing Corruption in the Defence and Security Sector held the regular higher academic courses on corruption prevention with the use of distance learning technologies from May 18 to 22.

In connection with the implementation of restrictive quarantine measures in Ukraine, there is a need to change the format of the certification of students-graduates of the National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Chernyakhovskyi.

The Aviation and Air Defence Institute continues the educational programs due to the implementation and broad use of the distance learning platform. Presently, all the instruction takes place as planned since the students can learn at any time and at any place provided they have an Internet access.
