As part of the project, which was initiated with the assistance of the US Embassy's Department of Defence Cooperation in Ukraine, the training of officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard of Ukraine in the English language course has been completed on the basis of National Defense University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi.

On December 10-11, a practical seminar of integrity education was held on the basis of building integrity training and education centre (BITEC) of the National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Chernyakhovsky

On 10th December, a meeting of the representatives of the Armed Forces of Canada and Ukraine took place at the National Defence University of Ukraine. During the meeting the issues related to training programs development for the engineering component of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in accordance with existing needs and standards during conducting the courses in 2020 academic year were discussed.

Senior researcher LTC Volodymyr Shypovskyi reported on key tasks and prospects of development of the NDU Education and Research Centre for Strategic Communications.

Підвищення кваліфікації слухачів здійснювалось з метою ознайомлення з проблемними питаннями теорії та практики застосування Сил оборони в сучасних умовах, оновлення та поглиблення їх знань у сфері трансформації системи об'єднаного керівництв силами оборони та військового управління у Збройних Силах України, формування концептуальних поглядів на можливі шлях вирішення проблемних питань щодо створення системи об'єднаного керівництва силами оборони.

In the Multinational Staff Officers Training and Research Centre proceeds the “NATO and UN military terminology course”. Currently, 18 officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are being trained.

In the Multinational Staff Officers Training and Research Centre proceeds the “Logistics in International Peacekeeping and Security Operations” course according to UN and NATO standards.

The representatives of central executive authorities, law enforcement structures, NATO Representation to Ukraine, public associations, as well as faculty and scholars of the National Defence University of Ukraine (the NDU) (Education and Research Centre for Strategic Communications, Institute of State Military Administration, Centre for Military Strategic Studies) took part in the event.

The 1st International Workshop on Cyber Hygiene and Conflict Management in Global Information Networks in Aviation was held in Kyiv, on November 29-30, 2019, at the National Aviation University.

The students were trained for providing continuous training, prospects for promotion of the military service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, recruitment of positions in military management bodies, military units, institutions, specialists with relevant qualifications, gaining their knowledge, skills and practical skills to perform their duties.
