Within the framework of international cooperation, the NDUU was visited by a delegation of the Swedish Defence University (SEDU) headed by the head of the department Jan Eldeblad. The Swedish delegation also included representatives of the Swedish Armed Forces, of the other ministries and governmental and regional departments dealing with issue of resilience, as well as representatives of some municipalities.

It will run from 4th till 15th of November held in the National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi taught by the representatives of “Orbital” training mission.

The Orientation Course on Common Security and Defense Policy of EU is ongoing at the University.

The representatives of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, National Defence University of Ukraine (the NDU), OSCE Project Coordinator, and national democratic civil experts have paid a study visit to the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF).

The 6th Common Security and Defense Policy Orientation Course was launched at the University. The event is supported by the European Security and Defense College. Last year, the National Defence University of Ukraine became an Associate Partner of its network.

As part of the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces' international cooperation plan, Brigadier General Brian McPherson visited the University, accompanied by Colonel Robert Foster, Defense Attaché at the Canadian Embassy in Ukraine.

The Scientific-Practical Conference "Philosophical, Sociological and Psychological-Pedagogical Problems of Preparing the Person to Perform Tasks in Special Conditions" was organized by the Department of Social Sciences of the National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi with the participation of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine; The Main Department of Moral and Psychological Support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; The National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine in October 31, 2019.

The event will take place throughout the week from 28 October to 1 November and is aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the command and control units of the Armed Forces and the acquisition of practical skills by Ukrainian specialists as well as the implementation of NATO communications and information technology experiences and approaches.
