Adaptation of the book “Modernizing Learning: Building the Future Learning Ecosystem” into Ukrainian

The adaptation of the book “Модернізація освіти: побудова освітньої екосистеми майбутнього” (English - “Modernizing Learning: Building the Future Learning Ecosystem”) into Ukrainian has been completed.

The adaptation of the book into Ukrainian was made under the auspices of the NATO DEEP, within the frames of the cooperation between NATO DEEP eAcademy, the National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi, and the Institute of Journalism and Social Communication, Faculty of the Humanities of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.

The launch of the book “Модернізація освіти: побудова освітньої екосистеми майбутнього” (English - “Modernizing Learning: Building the Future Learning Ecosystem”) is of utmost importance, as collaboration international partners of the U.S. government program “Advanced Distributed Learning Initiative” will help us to expand access to quality education and training, to strengthen our international relationships, to create a community for sharing requirements, to establish common standards and specifications, to exchange lessons learned, and to foster collaborative research and projects on building a world-class system of education, training, and personnel development in order to achieve the objectives of defence reform and further transformation of the professional military education system in Ukraine.

Coordinator of NATO DEEP Mariusz Solis presented the first printed version of the book to Dr. Sae Schatz, PhD, Director of Government Program “ADL Initiative” during the Interservice / Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) (https://www.iitsec.org/).

The electronic copy of the book will be available in the electronic library of the ADL Platform of Armed Forces of Ukraine and on the website of the Government Program "ADL Initiative" (https://adlnet.gov/publications/2019/04/modernizing-learning/).
