The Advisor of the US Embassy in Ukraine spoke to the students of the Joint Staff Officers courses (L-3)

Today, July 29-th, the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were able to hear firsthand about the officer-leader of the US Army. The students attended the lecture of the Senior Advisor ‒ Human Resources of the US Embassy defence department Patrick Longfield.

The foreign expert told the students of the courses, currently being trained in the Military Leadership module, about the stages of becoming a commander-leader in the US Army, the role of critical thinking in an officer's professional activities and the leader's behavior in extreme conditions.

The officers had the opportunity to discuss with the invited guest the motivation of servicemen to continue service.
