Representatives of National Defence University research hybrid threats during “Theoretical and Practical Problems of Information Warfare within Hybrid Warfares” Conference

On October 24-25, the representatives of the National Defence University of Ukraine participated in “Theory and Practice Problems of Information Warfare within Hybrid Warfares” Scientific and Practical Conference held in Zhytomyr S.P.Koroliova Military Institute.

The plenary meeting brought together LTC Olha Salnikova, Doctor of Sciences in Public Administration, Senior Researcher, Chief of Education and Research Centre for Strategic Communications in National Security and Defence Sphere speaking about “System of Strategic Communications within the Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces of Ukraine”, as well as Petro Snitsarenko, Doctor of Engineering Science, Senior Researcher, Centre for Military and Strategic Studies speaking about “Axiomatic Basis for Information Security in Ukraine”.

The Conference delegates discussed current situation, theoretical and practical problems of information warfare within hybrid warfares, shared experience in information actions organization and implementation, and focused on problems related to training of subject matter experts in information warfare and cybersecurity.
