The course “Military Leadership” was held in the Humanitarian Institute

The course “Military Leadership” was held by academic staff of the Social Sciences Department of the university with students of the Humanitarian Institute. The main attention was focused on discussion of understanding of military leadership as main factor of modern military leader professionalization and to unveil its developing potential. Students had the opportunity to investigate ethical basics of military leadership in the leading state-members of NATO. The NATO Code of Conduct, Standard FM 6-22 Leader Development, Statement of  Defence Ethics of the Armed Forces of Canada, its peculiarities were also discussed.
