III INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE “SPORTS AND INNOVATION”

On October 1-3, 2019, representatives of our University, namely the Head of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Health Technologies, Colonel Alexander Petrachkov and the Leading Researcher Nadiya Vysocina participated in the III International Scientific Conference “Sports and Innovation”, which was held at the University of Physical Education in Budapest (Hungary).

Representatives of many countries of Europe, Asia, America, Africa were involved in the conference. More than 100 reports were made during the sectional meetings. At the plenary session, reports were presented by prominent Hungarian statesmen, who noted that innovations in sports are developing similarly to innovations in the military field.

An important event in the scientific cooperation between our countries was the signing of the Agreement on cooperation between the National Defense University of Ukraine named after Ivan Chernyakhovskyi and the University of Physical Education (Budapest, Hungary), which will allow to develop bilateral relations, discussion of the issues of students internship? As well as the university participation in joint scientific and sports projects.

There was also a meeting with representatives of the Hungarian Ministry of Defense, where the possibility of cooperation in the field of sports, namely the possibility of inviting the Hungarian Armed Forces national team to participate in the XI Officers' Starts, which will be held in 2020 at the university, were discussed.

During the conference, useful working contacts were made with representatives of Hungary, the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan and others. The communication with representatives of Waseda University (Japan, Tokyo) were particularly productive. The current problems of preparing athletes for competitions, identified the area of common interests in the scientific and sports fields of activity, which is very important on the eve of the 21st Tokyo Olympics 2020, as well as other issues, were discussed.
