The Course “Military Leadership” with Students of Ivan Kozhedub Kharkiv Military Air Force University

The future officers became familiar with theoretical aspects of military leadership, deepened its holistic comprehension as a leading factor of modern military leader professionalization. Students worked on solution of cases in order to unveil developing potential of leadership during the practical part of the course; to form diagnostic skills of detection of leadership abilities.

Future military professionals of Air Forces presented their own views of leadership the future professional activity in the end of every day of this course.  In general the format of the casual, creative atmosphere created during the course, contributed to the formation of trust, students’ creative potential unveiling, the self-awareness of them as military leaders.
