NATO Training Group on Individual Training & Education Development meeting in the Kingdom of Denmark

The Deputy Commandant of the University Colonel Valerii Dobrogurskyi and the Chief of the University's Advanced Distributed Learning Center Lieutenant Colonel Maksym Tyshchenko took part in the NATO Training Group on Individual Training & Education Development meeting in Copenhagen, the Kingdom of Denmark.

The event was attended by NATO Training Group representatives from the United States, Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Serbia, Sweden, Ukraine. The ADL Working Group of the Partnership for Peace Consortium and the NATO Defence Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP) representatives also participated in the meeting.

The Commandant of the Royal Danish Defense College Rear Admiral Henrik Ryberg made a speech on the need to implement modern educational technologies into the military training system of the Danish Armed Forces at the beginning of the event. The Education Department Chief of the College Commander (SG) Alan Damme briefed about the peculiarities of the Danish military training system.

Representatives of the University participated in the discussion of the latest development trends in the field of individual training and modern educational technologies implementation into the military training process.

The next meeting of the NATO Training Group on Individual Training & Education Development will be held in Ukraine, September 2019.
