The NATO website presented a press release of the NATO Publication under the International Project SAS-161. It was prepared on the basis of the monograph “Military Aspects Of Countering Hybrid Aggression: Ukrainian Experience” under general editorship of Commandant of the National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi Lieutenant General Anatolii SYROTENKO.

The International Project SAS-161 / Military Aspects of Countering Hybrid Warfare: Experiences, Lessons, Best Practices was launched on 12 December 2019 at a meeting of the NATO Science and Technology Organization (STO NATO) as part of the NATO-Ukraine Platform on Countering Hybrid Warfare. The Center for Military and Strategic Studies has been implementing this Project. The composition of the participating countries is as follows: Canada, Great Britain, Denmark, Croatia, Montenegro, Latvia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden and Ukraine.
