Aviation and Air Defense Institute staff participated in an exercises on the application of aviation and air defense automated control system

In accordance with the curriculum, scientific and pedagogical staff and the students of the Institute of Aviation and Air Defence took part in a practical lesson on the military command and control cycle using complexes of automation equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine's aviation and air defense automated control systemat anAir Forcemilitary unit.

During the lesson, the students had been acquainted with the structure, composition and capabilities of automation systems for the automated aviation and air defense control system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and tested their practical skills working as combat crews members of brigades of the Air Forcevarious branches.

According to the chief of communications and information systems, the deputy chief of staff of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Major General Alexander Kushnir, who was directly involved in the event, such exercises encourage officers to master their skills to operate the latest types of weapons and military equipment, and contribute to broadening their horizons.

The leadership of the Institute of Aviation and Air Defense expresses its gratitude to the leadership of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for their support in origination and conduct of the lesson.
