Scientific and Research Center for Strategic Communications presents the first scientific publication "STRATCOM"

In order to develop the culture of strategic communications and build a model of educational interagency system of strategic communications aimed at supporting the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of national security and defence of Ukraine, it was decided to launch a scientific publication "STRATCOM" as a communication platform for sharing experiences on issues of strategic communications.
