University representatives attended a scientific conference and signed a cooperation agreement

Representatives of our university took part in The 12^th Conference of Baltic Society of Sport Sciences „Sport Science for Sports Practice and Teacher’s Training“ and prepared an agreement on cooperation between the National University of Ukraine and Education Academy of the Vitautas Magnus University.

At the section meeting Petrachkov O. made a report on the topic: “The establishment of the educational and scientific institute of physical culture and sports and health technologies of the National defence of Ukraine named after Ivan Chernyakhovskyi”.

Particularly interesting was the report of specialists from Great Britain L.Purda on the topic: “Sports workers welfare in European men's basketball: context, experiences, concerns and possibilities” and S.Gray on the topic: “The importance of the maintenance of skeletal muscle mass for metabolic health”.

Вased on the principles of mutual understanding, mutual respect and mutually beneficial cooperation, recognizing the need to expand and deepen scientific cooperation for the development of national science, higher education, expressing the desire to maintain and expand sustainable long-term relationships with the aim of efficient use of joint opportunities of the implementation of educational, scientific, scientific and technical activities, conducting scientific and pedagogical research and implementation its results in educational process. On April 26, 2019, cooperation was secured by an agreement on cooperation between National Defense University of Ukraine nemed after Ivan Chernyakhovsky and the Academy of Education of University nemed after Vytautas the Great.
