I am convinced that the strategic vision and significant potential of military leaders in the security and defence sector at all levels should be the basis for further building the defence capabilities of our state.

It is intelligence and a high level of training combined with modern weapons that are able to overcome the complex threats and challenges that Ukraine has faced as a result of Russian aggression.

I am confident that the deep knowledge gained within the walls of the University will allow you to perform the tasks of ensuring the independence and territorial integrity of the state.

I would like to express my gratitude to the University personnel for their significant contribution to the training of officers capable of successfully leading the military formations in today's conditions, capable of performing various tasks in the field of National security and defence.

I wish today's officers-graduates new achievements in the noble cause of service to the Ukrainian people.
