Practical training in tactics with students of the 2nd year of the military training department on the topic: "Mechanical unit actions during training and combat"

In December 19, 2019 at 169 Desna Training Center with citizens of Ukraine studying at Ivan Cherniakhovskyі  National Defenсe University of Ukraine named  after at the Department of Military Training under the training program of reserve officers in military accounting speciality «Combat Use of Mechanical Units, Military units and subdivisions »held another practical training on tactics.

The following questions were worked out on the tactical field:

- Receiving and awareness of the combat task on the march by a mechanized platoon commander, evaluation of the situation;

- the decision of the platoon commander to carry out the march from the area of concentration to the border of the transition to attack;

- preparation and implementation of the march of the platoon on the BMP;

- the reflection of a surprise attack by a platoon's personnel during an ambush;

- receiving and awareness of a new combat mission;

The practical training was conducted by experienced teachers of the Department of Military Training of the University together with teachers and instructors on tactical training of the military unit A1048 (Desna.).

The educational goal of the practical training was successfully achieved. Future mechanized platoon commanders have acquired the skills of a leader-leader in an environment close to combat conditions. In addition, they have acquired psychological stability and psychological readiness for confident actions in extreme situations, moral and business qualities of patriots-defenders of Ukraine.
