Students` training in professional military education and advanced training on the financial support organization for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has begun

In order to improve the skills of financial and economic bodies` representatives of the MoD`s and the General Staff`s structural units, students` training in professional military education and advanced training on the financial support organization for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukrainehas been launched. The courses are held in the National University of Defense of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi.

The course is organized in way that students analyzing the theoretical and practical issues of organization:

financial resources management to ensure the implementation of the Armed Forces of its functions and achieve its goals;

budget planning in the MoD of Ukraine, in the military administration of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;

ensuring efficient and targeted using of budget funds;

internal control, risks prediction and prevention of financial improprieties.

Upgrade of the training level for the top-management and personnel of financial and economic bodies` representatives of the MoD`s and the General Staff`s structural units is ensuring compliance with the requirements of their skills enhancement and achieving scope of competence, such as:

ability of analyzing and motivation for proposals in solving problems related to the planning and using budget funds for measures to maintain and develop the Armed Forces;

ability of comprehensive and critical thinking for the decision making on financial resources management to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
