The officers of the L-3 deepen their knowledge of strategic leadership

This week the officers of the L-3 course have been studying the military leadership development in its historical overview. They also had a chance to familiarize with military leadership development and its peculiarities in Scandinavia from WWII until present time. The classes were held by Lieutenant Colonel (retired) Frank Jeppesen – an experienced instructor of the Armed Forces of Denmark, within the framework of the advisory support to the defense reform in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In addition, the students compared the command and control specifics, learnt the good governance principles and had an in-depth view to the strategic leadership. The fruitful discussions during the classes have made a good foundation for further round-table discussions and workshops.
