High level strategic advisor to the mod and af reform committee from the Republic of Lithuania a delivered for the a lecture for the strategic level audience at the University

The delegation of the Republic of Lithuania visited the National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Chernyakhovskyi on the 19-th of February.

As part of the visit, the High Level Strategic Advisor to the MOD and AF reform committee from the republic of lithuania Major-General (retired) Vitalyus Vykshnoras delivered a lecture for student-officers of the Strategic Level Course (L4) at the University.

The foreign delegation was also joined by the Defence Attaché at the Lithuanian Embassy in Ukraine, Colonel Algirdas Norcus, and the adviser to the Lithuanian Ambassador in Ukraine, Andrius Vaivada.

Ukrainian officers were briefed on the experience of the Republic of Lithuania in the implementation of the defence reform and the responding to contemporary challenges. The participants of the meeting exchanged views on modern approaches to the professional education improvement.
