The The 5th Multinational Annual Conference on Improving Sergeant Training in Ukraine under the NATO DEEP (Defence Education Enhancement Program) is taking place at the University.

Within the framework of the event, the commandant of the University, lieutenant general Anatoliy Syrotenko, presented a diploma of honorary doctor of the National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniyakhovskyi to the Director of the NATO DEEP e-Academy Mr. Piotr Gavlichek in recognition of his significant contribution to military education development and long-term diligent cooperation with the University.

It is worth noting that cooperation with the Alliance within the Defence Education Enhancement Program (DEEP) led by its head Mariusz Solis remains a priority for the University.

The work of DEEP experts and University representatives in “Computer Adaptive Language Testing” – “CALT”, the International Research Project continues. It is reflected in joint scientific works in the publication, which is part of the Web of Science,  «Advanced Education» scientometric database and the «Information Media Security» monograph. Researchers from the Foreign Languages Education and Research Centre, the Advanced  Distributed  Learning  Center  and  the  NATO DEEP  e-Academy highlighted the main achievements in the field of computer adaptive language testing and prospects for its development in the language training system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
