Representatives of the Joint Rapid Response Force of the NATO Response Force made a working visit to the University

 On January 17, a delegation of the NATO Response Force, led by Major General John Mead, Joint Chief of Staff, visited the University.  The purpose of the visit was to discuss new possible areas of cooperation and to analyze the results of the work undertaken.

 - We are actively continuing to implement NATO standards in the military education system, plan and transform training programs for Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen.  And in this case, the support of our foreign partners is very important in order to be able to reach our potential, - said Major General Sergey Salkutsan during the meeting with the delegation.

 The Joint Rapid Response Corps is the headquarters of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization's high readiness force, ready for deployment worldwide in five to thirty days.  It is part of the NATO Strategic Command structure in Europe.

 The structure, organization, main tasks of the university, as well as the educational model of the University were presented to the foreign partners’ attention.

 In the framework of the working visit, representatives of the NATO Response Force noted the relevance and perspective of new approaches to military education being developed at the NDUU and discussed effective steps on the way to enhanced cooperation in the context of realization of the project of military education development.
