- A business defence planning course led by Canadian specialists started at the University
On February 24, a business defence planning course for representatives of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine and the National University of Defense launched at the NDUU with the participation and direct guidance of specialists from the Ministry of Defense of Canada and the Embassy of Canada in Ukraine.
In the framework of event, Canadian partners will provide advisory assistance on defence planning. The Deputy Head of the University for Academic Affairs, Major-General Serhiy Salkutsan, during the course opening, expressed his hope that the knowledge gained on this course can be used in the future for the programs preparation of the defence management school of the NDUU, and including the defence sector of Ukraine.
- It is very nice that we are able to share with you our own experience of doing business planning in the defense sector. This process strengthens significantly the partnership between Canada and Ukraine, and it only needs to evolve, - said Lieutenant Colonel Gregory Nettie, Assistant Military Attache at the Canadian Embassy in Ukraine.
Therefore, the parties are committed to fruitful cooperation and practical results. The course will last at the NDUU until February 28.
