StratCom educational capability under development in National Defence University in assistance with advisory support of foreign advisor

On April 23, the National Defence University of Ukraine became a venue for a meeting of Deputy Commandant for Education Major General Serhii Salkutsan and strategic communications foreign advisor Douglas Jordan (US) who provides advisory support to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

 

General Salkutsan briefed the foreign advisor on the University structure and tasks.

The parties also discussed and outlined the prospects of cooperation especially in development of strategic communications educational capability in the university.
