Presentation of “Philosophy of Law. European paradigms of jurisprudence” textbook edited by Alexander Haidulin

On August 29, 2019, a presentation of “Philosophy of Law. European Paradigms of Law” the textbook prepared and published by Alexander Haidulin, Candidate of Law, Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor, Professor at the Department of Legal Support of the Humanitarian Institute.

The textbook is devoted to the teaching of philosophy of law in academic sense, and developed under the influence of the latest ideas of postmodern teaching of European legal interpretivism. It covers all classical sections of philosophical knowledge conceptually linked into one system: legal historiography (legal paradigm, philosophy of law history, history of philosophy of law), epistemology of law (legal epistemology, legal axiology), legal hermeneutics, legal hermeneutics Phenomenology, legal systematics, dialectics of law), legal cultural studies (dialogue of law, philosophical methodology of law, praxeology of law). Each section of the textbook ends with a specific example of implementation of the latest European paradigms of philosophy of law to understand the ideological principles of the moral institute of officer honor.

The publication is for teachers of law disciplines, students and adjuncts of higher military education, as well as for anyone who studies philosophy of law and military law on their own.

The event was held with the participation of scientific and pedagogical scientific staff, military students of the humanitarian institute of the National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi.
