Graduation Ceremony of the Courses of Improving Qualification and Professional Skills (the servicemen of the Armed Forces of the People's Republic of China)

The fourth graduation ceremony of the servicemen of the Armed Forces of the People's Republic of China, who trained at the Centre of Retraining and Improving Qualification took place at the National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi.

 9 representatives of the higher military educational institutions, scientific institutions and branches of the Armed Forces of the People's Republic of China attended the courses from February 21 to April 23, 2019. They updated and deepened theoretical knowledge on reconnaissance of the adversary’s targets, assessment of the degree of damage of objects by rocket troops and artillery, aviation and means of the Navy and Air Defence, and also acquired practical skills on these issues.

On April 23, 2019 the graduation ceremony of the servicemen of the Armed Forces of the People's Republic of China was held in the Ceremonial Hall of the University where they were awarded the certificates of advanced training.

The Military, Navy and Air Force Attache at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China Senior Colonel Cao Xiaoziang and his Deputy Colonel Van Lipen arrived to congratulate the graduates.

It is worth noting that the representatives of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China were given awards of the Ministry of Defence and the Commandant of the University in order to strengthen the friendly relations between Ukraine and the People's Republic of China.

The first Deputy Commandant of the NDU congratulated the officers upon the successful completion of the course. He noted that the training of the servicemen of the People's Republic of China at the courses of improving qualification and professional skills at the National Defence University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi will foster the strengthening of cooperation between our countries on training military specialists and has its positive impact on the international relations.
