Classes on "Intellectual component in the structure of strategic leadership" were held with the University students

As part of the topic "Intellectual component in the structure of strategic leadership" the President of the lawyer organiztion "Capital", Chairman of the Public Association "Public Lustration Committee", Director of the Lustration Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (2014-2016),  Member of the NABU Disciplinary Commission (2018–2020) Tetyana Kozachenko conducted classes with the University students.

In the course of an interesting and frank discussion, the role of critical thinking in the professional activity of an officer was discussed.  Through the prism of many years of advocacy, Tetyana Kozachenko highlighted the features of establishing causal links of a phenomenon, revealed the role of changes in modern conditions, and the conditions under which the problem becomes a hidden opportunity for self-realization of the officer-leader were presented.
