The team of the University took part in the Military All-round Sports Championship of Ukraine in the section "Combat double event"

Sportsmen of the National Defense University of Ukraine named after Ivan Chernyakhovskyi took part in the Military All-round Sports Championship of Ukraine in the section "Combat double event" in Kharkiv from April 12 to April 14.

On the first day our athletes competed in the section "Shooting" and showed good results. The next day they showed their skills in the "All-style Combat". As a result of the competitions in the sections "Shooting" and "All-style Combat" officers and cadets of the University won the following places:

Kostiv Serhii – 2-nd place (under 70 kg) B-2 (semifull contact);

Konovalov Denys 6-th place (under 95 kg) B-3 (full contact);

Kalashnikov Stanislav 3-nd place (under 75 kg) B-3 (full contact);

Luzhanskyi Anatolii 6-th place (under 75 kg) B-3 (full contact);

Monich Oleksandr 10-th place (under 70 kg) B-3 (full contact).

The participants of the NDU team are grateful to the NGO "All-Ukrainian federation of all-round military sports" under the leadership of the President Sergey Zaitsev for the high level of competition organization, to judges of competitions - for objective judging, and athletes - for demonstrating a high level of mastery in combats.
