MEETING WITH UKRAINIAN PUBLICIST VITALYI PORTNYKOV

Scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of Humanitarian institute conducted with students of strategic and operational level a “Military Leadership” training module (course). The main attention was paid to the integral understanding of military leadership as a main cause for professionalization of modern military commander and unveiling its potential for personal development. During the course, students had the opportunity to discuss with Ukrainian publicist Vitalyi Portnykov the necessity of constant development of leaders’ qualities, which should be based on the strong professional identity relevant to existing threats to sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
