The journal is registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Certificate KV No. 24979-14919R).

The journal is published in two languages (Ukrainian and English) and comes out twice a year.

The journal covers the following topics::

1. Issues related to the development, deployment and support of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, improvement of its management system.
2. Issues of combat use of military units and subunits of the Ukrainian state aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, radio-technical and special forces, radio-technical support and communications.
3. Modelling of the processes of using the branches of the Armed Forces and special forces of the Air Force of Ukraine.
4. Issues of developing promising means of air attack.
5. Research into the processes of control and use of manned and unmanned aviation.
6. Theoretical foundations of interaction during the deployment of military units and subunits of the Air Force, Land Forces, Naval Forces, Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations.
7. Issues of developing logistical support for the branches of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
8. Safety of use and ensuring the survivability of forces and means of the Air Force branches and special forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
9. Issues of preventing terrorist and man-made emergencies related to the activities of military units (subdivisions) of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
10. Experience in conducting operations (anti-terrorist, peacekeeping, defence forces).
11. Innovative processes in the fields of aviation, automotive engineering, radio electronics, radio engineering, communications and automated control systems, as well as information technologies.
