Greeting by the Commandant of the National Defence University of Ukraine on the Day of the Army Aviation of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

When support is needed without delay, and the success of a combat mission depends on speed and precision, the Army Aviation of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine takes to the skies.

Behind every combat sortie stands the coordinated work of a large team — flight crews, aviation engineers, technicians, flight support specialists, and everyone whose daily efforts make the most demanding missions possible. It is this unity, professionalism, and mutual trust that define the strength of Army Aviation.

I sincerely congratulate all service members, veterans, civilian personnel, and everyone serving and working in the Army Aviation of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on their professional holiday.

On this day, we remember with gratitude the Army Aviation service members who gave their lives for Ukraine. Their courage, selflessness, and fidelity to the military oath will forever remain part of the combat history of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
