Dear servicemen and servicewomen, civilian staff, veterans, cadets, course participants, adjuncts, and students,

Please accept my sincere congratulations on the Constitution Day of Ukraine!

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine — the Fundamental Law that established the legal foundations of our independent state, defined human rights and freedoms, and affirmed Ukraine's democratic path of development.

Today, amid the full-scale war, the Constitution is not only the legal foundation of our state but also a symbol of what we are defending. Sovereignty, independence, freedom, human dignity, and the rule of law are not merely principles. They are the values for which Ukrainian warriors fight every day, demonstrating to the world the resilience and determination of the Ukrainian people.

The National Defence University of Ukraine educates officers capable of meeting the challenges of modern warfare, making responsible decisions, leading their personnel, and faithfully serving the Ukrainian people. It is such leaders who strengthen the Armed Forces of Ukraine and safeguard the future of our state.

On this special day, I wish you good health, resilience, professional success, new achievements, unity, and unwavering faith in Ukraine.

May the Constitution of Ukraine continue to serve as the solid foundation of our statehood, and may our dedicated service and joint efforts bring Ukraine's just peace and victory ever closer.
