Your work enables our forces to operate swiftly, cohesively, and effectively even under the most challenging combat conditions. Your professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise directly influence timely decision-making, the successful execution of combat missions, and, ultimately, the lives of Ukrainian defenders.

My sincere gratitude goes to everyone who ensures secure and reliable communications, safeguards cyberspace, and strengthens the combat capability of Ukraine's Defence Forces through your daily service.
